GPS, Maps, and Directions from the Qualcommare never 100%. Each is a tool, that when used proper, allow a driver to arrive in a safe and timely manner.

I like my GPS for ETAs and to find the movies / local shops / coin operated laundry in the area. The POI are GREAT!!!!!

out of those 3 Swift is the best.........England pays you with a sliding scale, Ive been at Swift for well over a year, I have had my problems there but that will happen at every company. My miles slowed down a few weeks ago, I complained to my DM and the last 2 weeks I have had 6100 miles. Having said that, I would never lease a truck here, Leasing a new truck for $900 a week is retarded.

leasing a truck costs $450 a week, but all the added 'stuff' on top of it probably runs close to $900. 6100 for 2 weeks? PM me your truck number...if u dont mind...

Well, not to burst anyones bubble, but I went to Swift school in ID, there were 18 people that actually made it, after weeding people out for suspended license and failing drug tests and what now. I still speak with 14 of my classmates. 3 of them are still with Swift......case closed

I dont want to give out too much info but the name on the cover is Mike, i wont type the last name and it said watervilet, NY on hometime...also, I think it was a target dedicated driver...running to places in MA and back..just curious, what are the chances?

and what point does that make? I too went thru Idaho, there were 14 in our class, and 3 didnt make it out of road week. my roommate now drives local for another company, and one had a major wreck and got fired, but there are still about 4-5 still driving for them. What's your case? I'm sure the same stats hold true for anyone who works and goes thru training at Pizza Hut. Ask them how many out of say 20 that get hired are still there in a year. So people quit, get fired or get something better....guess what, that isnt something specific to Swift, thats called climbing the ladder.
