    To tell you the truth I don’t think I’ve ever even seen that on a restaurant menu, but I’ll keep it in mind.

    I’ve always went for sirloins or New York strips.

    Hahaha I stopped 4 times to take pictures and the last time as I got back onto the road that trucker was coming up on me quickly, little down the road I tried to get him to pass me by getting in the right lane but he didn’t want to, so we raced the curves the whole way :biggrin_25523:

    Don't get me wrong, a properly prepared fillet is wonderful. Yet most restaurants wanna hammer you on a 7oz fillet that is the fastest cooked piece of meat in the kitchen. I would have to order 3 of them.
