    can you order online oversized permits and get them on black Friday? Many things closed, dunno for sure if that impacts this too.

    Most state websites are self issue. If the size is within a certain sized envelope you can get them 24/7/365.
    That works for most states. Some states require registration to be okayed by employees. Some states you can register online.
