191 to 89 to 26. Good route. Some mountains but nothing crazy.

 

If u ever need a spot there late at night . There wont be any at the truck stops but i have some secret hidey holes around the warehouse districts if u ever need a spot.

So last year around Thanksgiving one of you fellas posted Kent Rollins doing a deep fried prime rib.! Feel free to identify yourself, cause I can't remember which one of y'all it was, & I owe you a thanks!!

Well the procrastinating sob I am, I rounded up almost everything I needed to get the job done round 5pm Wednesday.. Except one of those nice meat thermometers with the probe on a wire so you watch the internal temp while frying..

Got lucky, turned out purty dang decent.!
That's a cajun injected turkey fry'n away in the other pot. You'll just have to take my word. Was too enthralled with the prime rib to even remember to take pics of the turkey, or the feast..

It's all about the beef anyhow. Hope everybody had a kick tail Thanksgiving.!!
