I don't mind that kind of paid parking, if it’s a decent place. Helps keep out the riffraff that thinks the parking lot is their garbage disposal, urinal, and kitchen sink all in one. They have no intention of being a paying customer. They'll go inside, take a bath in the bathroom sink, make their Ramen noodles in the microwave, plug up a toilet, then go outside and piss out their Ramen on the truck next door, drop a poop bag out their window, stick a bare foot in the window and pull out.
