Adjusting main mirror bracket.’19 389

Is it possible to adjust the bracket that is circled? The backwards C bracket that mounts to the cab.
What I would like to do is mount my convex mirror at the bolt the arrow is crudely marking . I’ve already done this with my drivers mirror and it’s cut done immensely on rd spray getting up on my big mirror.
But on the passenger side the C bracket is to far forward and the mirror hits the breather. So I’m hoping I can swing the bracket back about 1.5”. Just not sure it’s possible.
There’s apparently no quality control when it’s comes to the C bracket being mounted at the factory. I looked at 4 other trucks in our fleet 2 were way ahead like mine and 2 were further back.

Okay that’s what I was hoping. I’ve taken a breather off before on another truck to run a new coax and couldn’t remember if there was an adjustment there or if it was fixed. Plus I had a hell of a time getting the breather back together so I didn’t want to take it apart if it wasn’t going to do me any good .

 

I don’t see any way to adjust it but I’ll ask the silly question anyways. Is there any way to adjust that or do you have to order up another arm?
