I have a 2007 Peterbilt 379 with 282,000 miles on it. It seems my upper dash face from about the middle of the steering wheel to the glove box has come loose. I can grab the top of the dash and it almost lays back in my lap. Any suggestion on finding how the dash attaches to the front of the cab. Do I need to take the main instrument cluster out to find how it attaches? Any help would be appreciated.

Instrument cluster, glove box, anywhere to get your head in there. Do you know the history on this truck? That's an odd problem to have seeing that my truck is a 97 and not even a rattle in there.

If you ran the oil fields of south east New Mexico it might make sense or, if it took a tumble down the interstate and was rebuilt.

    Pics?
Ive seen them break along the screws behind the windshields. I've also seen the dash split where the 2 halves are glued together. In both cases, usually the rest of the truck has been rode hard.
