. The best description I heard is scrapple is what they make after hotdogs. Looks nasty but a big slice fried till the edges are crisp 2 om eggs on top of it and dig in.

Well last night was interesting... South bound on I-15 in MT between Helena and Butte it started snowing. The big grade coming down into Butte was like oiled glass, I had to grab the hammer lane to get enough traction to slow down enough to make the corner at the bottom. Then by the scales before the 15/90 split some stupid 4 wheeler was going about 10 mph nearly causing a pileup... Several cars took the ramp into the weigh station and stopped blocking it. Me and the truck infront of me had to grab the hammer lane, and I was eyeballing the median for a safe landing strip incase I couldnt get slowed down. Several cars in the ditch in the Butte area also. Took about an extra hour to get back to the company yard.

This morning I replaced the leveling valve on my trailer... Apparently it was replaced last week by a roadside or TS mechanic... They put the wrong one on and it was airing the bags up when it should have been venting them amd visa-versa... Thereby overinflating the bags. It really makes me wonder about thise mechanics if they screw up something that simple what else they screw up that could cause a major problem.... SMH

Now I'm waiting in UT to unload this load of eggs I picked up in Great Falls, MT. Then I reload with pallets about 11 miles from my current 20... They will deliver tomorrow morning about 8 miles from my house, so I will take the truck home tonight and sleep in a real bed.

So got here to newberry south carolina for a drop and hook raw load. Load is delayed. USDA inspection won't happen for 3 or 4 hours and then they can load the trailer. So sitting at the Love's off of I-26 waiting on the phone call.
