No more oil field stuff? Sticking close to home? Turning wrenches kinda suits ya I think.
Last I heard you were contemplating working for “the man” at the cdl testing facility?

Me? Same ol Broker Poker. Turning out to be pretty solid year looks like? Bout ready to head home and hibernate when the weather gets much worse.

Yeah that oilfield stuff dried up.

Busy in the shop though, even with some hired help.

That state job would have been alright but the benefits weren't as promised so it turns out my time is better spent in the shop.

Rare, but it comes with the territory, it happens.

Most jobsites are not as smooth as a babies butt.

Most have other men working in the single hallway you need access too to get near the elevator shaft, most have a giant mud pit you need to navigate with fragile crates post rain storm, most have a single doorway that’s shared by the entire crew — most have issues. With three elevators being delivered on one day. And the above issues. And only one pallet jack. You learn to play the game or spin twice the miles for 5k less in pay per year.
