Unfortunately if its creased you'll never get it back looking decent. If its just a minor twist you might be able to hook a soft sling around it and gently pull it straight with a comealong. Just use some caution because things can go sideways pretty quick when you're putting tension on stuff.

Easiest way is to use a piece of wood and a helper. Put the wood between bumper and something solid and gentle with the clutch. If you don’t have a helper you can use a jack. Either way be careful, because if the wood slips out you can make a bigger mess.

Just a regular ~18” bumper is like $400, not the end of the world

Depending on how bad its bent..
A flat bed ratchet strap anchored to a solid sturdy object will pull it out, or...
If you can get the correct angle a good fork lift operator can push it out with the forks. Unfortunately I've had to use both methods over the years.. Farm deliveries can be a bear I know.Coffey Thanks this. -
Find a walmart and push against the building if folded out. If bent towaed the truck, get the truck near a big tree. Put a chain around the tree and a come along between tree and bumper and start winding. 5 minute fix

If you can’t push against something. Park 90 degree angle with steer tires turned in on bent side for clearance and use ratchet strap or comelog hooked to bumper and landing gear on trailer. Slow pulls with a block of wood and hammer taps on the crease area to help relax it back.
