Get underneath 315, a little farther than usual, go with a slightly narrower grip than shoulder, and unrack it, rack it, unrack it, rack it for as many reps as you can. When the muscles and ligaments recover and reset, they should set themselves up to own 315. So, if you miss at 315 the next bench day, it’s 100%mental.

If you miss, ask the strongest guy in the gym to spot you on some 315 negatives, and unrack 335lbs. Be really careful with those heavy negatives. When that negative strength fades you are a sitting duck.
