Where is everyone #5

Out of respect this is gonna be my only reply.

 

I'm sure there's a demand for that. But that's not the PF crowd. I started there in 2011 cuz 10$ a Mo vs 25$ copay ×3 a week to do rotator cuff exercises... Yeah. No. And then it got to be a habit so I stayed. Never had any interest in having an athletic body. I am happy how I am. Functional strength is all I want. Meat market gyms and no neck gyms are for extroverts and high maintenance men, no thanks lol

 

They have a “24 Hour Fitness” in my home town, only gym around and it’s not very fancy but it’ll get the job done lol There’s a side of the gym for men and another for women with a wall separating the two

Did you ever actually listen to the words?

 

Oh it was about half a century ago the last time I went out my way to listen to an 80’s rock band and to be completely honest if it wasn’t a lyrical video I likely didn’t understand a #### word of it lol I seem to have trouble processing words that aren’t blatantly clear even though I can hear well

 

I aspire to be jacked and shredded. But I am as introverted as they come. I'd take an evening reading a good book or drawing over going out anywhere.

 

If they perform the lift proper, no dropping should happen right?

I thought that statement in general was very logical, but I guess that’s just me lol guess it depends who that money goes to.
