I’ve noticed at truck stops or any rest areas that there’s some idiot drivers and no respect for others at all doin’ bad parking spot causing other trucks having hard time pulling out when they leave because there’s not much enough room to maneuver. These idiot should make sure other trucks can pull out as they assess if the spot they park won’t be blocking other trucks. It’s getting crazier out here man, don’t know what to say.
Parking!

Just the other morning I had to wake someone up and have them move, he’d blocked me in.
-
Yep, not only do we have to drive defensively, now we have to park defensively. Part of the job I guess.
-
Absolutely, in fact, a wise driver when they park they will imagine that parking area at 5 AM not 5 PM. Huge difference. If you have a curb in front of you 90% of the time by the time you wake up a rig will be parked next to that curb, in fact, there might be two trucks parked there. The CAT scales are basically useless and I have even seen the primary enter/exit paths almost totally blocked. One of the most worse fistfights I ever saw in regard to this was because someone blocked the exit on a place in Arizona! This situation is not getting any better either.runningman0661 and mitrucker Thank this.

Love’s seems to be the worst for creative parking.

Was reading landline and saw this, fenced gated lit overnight parking.

Suspect Zero Thanks this. -
I refuse to park at most Loves. Small lots, tight spaces, idiots blocking everything.
-
I don’t like them because most of their locations do absolutely nothing to keep any sort of order in their lots. They just let drivers park anywhere they want.D.Tibbitt Thanks this.

There is a Loves in My Vernon, TX down the road from the Lowes DC. It is a complete $#!+show!! I'm sure mirrors and hoods get torn off regularly at that place. The store and the lot are both complete pig stud. Directly across the Interstate is Dukes, currently partnered with TA Express. Spotless store, clean concrete lot with huge spaces, recently expanded. $10.00 to park. I gladly pay the ten bucks. The rest of you whiney "I'll never pay to parkers", head on into the Loves. It'll assure a spot for me at Dukes.
firemedic2816 and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
