Yep. 10' & 11' are gonna be run of the mill for the upper deck..

Few manufacturers will make an 8' upper with a shallow 12"-14" king pin to give somewhat of swing clearance. That's as small as its gonna get, & even those are special orders.. This is specifically why I bought a Doonan. One of the few..

My guess, the fella just assumed it was 5' upper cause the bottom was 48'. But there's quite a few states, TX included that allowed 56'-59' semi trailers..

Well I don't drive a Banana, and my neat and clean fleet white was picked out by a airplane recently.

But under the radar would normally be best!

I tend not to worry about it much.

I care zero about offending the general public. You should be yourself at all costs. Be true to ones self. Now with that in family or friends I do care not to offend them, but have surrounded myself with like minded people. Its not my fault if my true feelings offend you. That your problem. Now, everyone should be polite and compassionate to any other being. Till the time comes not to be. Its not ok to walk this planet as a hard nosed Arse hole. But I make no apologizes for myself!
