I drive tri axle in pa and my pay stub just has gross income amount and then tax and health care deductions. I get paid by the load. There is no breakdown of the payment of each load and down time for truck breakdowns or waiting for loads. Is there any law statement on whether this is illegal and what is the written law on this subject?

I get 2 statements. 1st one has columns that show the individual rate con per load and my % of that and then the total of my 'take' for the week. Capture+_2020-12-06-08-05-33~2.png
Then on payday I get a pay stub. Is your company willing to give you the rate con for each load and if not...why not? That would make me unhappy personally...

    MOBee and Brettj3876 Thank this.

There are no federal requirements on pay stubs, and the requirements vary from state to state. This site seems to give a good, brief look at that...

Ask your employer for a breakdown of your pay. This is a simple request. If they say no...then you have a decision to make.
