I know that Baylor out of Milan IN picked up quite a few Celadon drivers. Covered transportation expenses for those that needed it and all. CFI seemed to be the one taking in as many lease guys as they could.
I for the life of me cannot understand being so poverty stricken driving a truck that one could not at least get a rental car to get yourself and your belongings home. Unless you were a student or someone in the process of a major life change I just don’t get it. I seem to recall a number of carriers even offering to reimburse!firemedic2816, Lumper Humper, bzinger and 1 other person Thank this. -
I saw a Pete pulling a Celadon trailer with it's company logo loud and proud on it the other day. No attempt to remove it. I wonder where he got it from.

I remember seeing a couple of their trailers sitting at the Walmart DC in Monroe,Georgia. A couple of their drivers came to work for Marten. They said they were running team down near Tampa when they got the news over the QUALCOMM that the company had ceased operations.
