I never had any problems getting paid by GlobalTranz until this last invoice. It is 60 days and aging. I keep calling them they say it is paid or will be paid today but never gets paid. I was wondering if anyone knows if they are in bankruptcy or pre-bankruptcy. I need to file in the county court for the invoice and wanted to know if I am better served going after the shipper.

Im leased to a company and they are given a certain amount of credit limit by my company im leased to.... I pulled 2 loads for them back in October and they were over there limit both times( I think they had like a 10K credit limit and I pulled 2 loads for $1700 and had to ask special permission because they were over there limit)
lights787 Thanks this. -
