Yes you can haul for whomever you want but they have to meet the factoring company credit requirement. you can send a letter if release to anybody as long as they have paid the factornig company they will release tat client but you cant factor anymore of there load. i dont factor jerue,landstar and a couple other brokers because the percentage is low

I know I’m late i was a company man for 21 years same company when COVID hit it changed me I got my own authority truck paid for trailer paid for a no factoring I love it go where I wanna go not attached to no one I wouldn’t change it for nothing the freedom is everything and I don’t use a dispatcher my wife handles it well kids are grown we out here rolling the key is to work less and make more money we don’t run hard either
