C.H. Robinson announces higher 3Q profit, lower revenue

They ain't called "Cheap and Heavy" for nuthin'......

 

It's easy to make more profit off of less revenue, if you take a bigger piece of the pie off the top. Now, this means less to the truck, but who cares about that.

 

That's exactly what they are doing.

Had a offer to move load from Ontario to Florida 1,325 miles $1,600CDN, after an hour it jumped to $1,700CDN half an hour later it was up to $1,700US

I told them I took a load from a customer who was not playing games.

 

CH sucks.....

 

The sad part about it is, somebody has to be running this cheap freight or it wouldn't move and the rate would come up.
