LMAO it’s alright, at least I like these guys; I get more offended and pissed off towards strangers, friends can heckle me as much as they want.

There’s tons of exercises to do with dumbbells; hell before I started trucking again I was tearing it up with a speed jump rope, Rogue Fitness parallettes, ab mat and one acre of field :D

I made pretty decent progess at home for a few years but 6 months at the gym and a few sessions with a trainer have really gained me a lot of progress. A month off isn't going to be the end of the world. My barbell is 305 lbs loaded. I may have to do a few more reps and sets (especially with squats) but I intend to at the very least hold on to my current level of fitness.

Yeah I’m going to an actual gym, the advantage is if you’re poor as hell like me then you can’t afford your own equipment lol I’m gonna try that machine where you sit in a chair, put your legs under this padding and lift up the weights attached to the wire again, but a long time ago big boy here was racing his friend at recess in the wet grass, built up too much momentum, totally ####in wiped out sliding feet first a good 10 feet and hurt my left leg LMAO some time after I got an X-ray and found out there’s a piece of cartilage behind my arteries in the back of my left knee and the LSU doctor I seen about it refused to operate, so it makes that exercise painful; they have the other one though where you load the plates on the back of that big rectangle metal plate, sit in a chair and push it forward, I can do that at least!

Leg press. One of my favourites. I do prefer back squats though as they incorporate more muscles involved in stabilizing and balancing. Split squats are BRUTAL!

Idk how you guys do squats with the bar on your shoulders, maybe I did it wrong the first time because that hurt like a mf
