    I would take the set for $849 over the other one all day. I can’t stand that wanna be sawzall and if you’re gonna cut wood you need a circular saw.

    I think the one for $800 is the one with the sawzall, but thank you; I’m buying a set at a discounted price then the misc single item tools in order to save money

    Lol it’s not a crack house, foundation is solid, just things like flooring, entryways and a number of other exterior items need to be replaced
