Could work. I use an old piece of a mud flap in that situation. If you’re worried about it falling out a zip tie or two keeps from moving.

Parts! Kid came in the driveway dragging both side sections of bumper.

Told me he was gonna call someone to cut it off. I told him they close in 30 minutes. Little fancy body work, and zipties he rolling in 5 minutes!

 

Well Russh Peterbilt stuck it to me. $65 for a toggle switch, plastic connector housing and 2 female connectors. The switch was $54 alone.

That wad through my old bosses account. Don't even wanna know what price was without that.

How am I to retrieve said parts truck when he's up & rolling now.?

Should have told him to leave it for night, avoid the high dollar after hours call out, ya know.. Looks black from here too.? Wouldn't have even needed to paint the hood..
