So you can drive 10 hours only in 24 hours. You are left with a whopping 14 hours. Subtract 8 hours of sleep and two hours of workout, you are still left with 4 hours. What do you do in those 4 hours?

I never had a TV in the truck.
Carried my own little library of about 20 books and read them.
I like authors such as William Faulkner. His short stories are ideal for being able to finish the story before hitting the road again.
Sappho is a good one, which I have right here by my computer.
    `
Sappho was an Archaic Greek poet from the island of Lesbos. Sappho is known for her lyric poetry, written to be sung while accompanied by a lyre. In ancient times, Sappho was widely regarded as one of the greatest lyric poets and was given names such as the "Tenth Muse" and "The Poetess". Most of Sappho's poetry is now lost, and what is extant has mostly survived in fragmentary form; two notable exceptions are the "Ode to Aphrodite" and the Tithonus poem. As well as lyric poetry, ancient commentators claimed that Sappho wrote elegiac and iambic poetry. Three epigrams attributed to Sappho are extant, but these are actually Hellenistic imitations of Sappho's style.

Read books as much as you can to keep the mind energized and healthy.

Sir, does the truck allow you to cook a meal? Can you use toasters, water boilers, frying pans etc? I want to eat healthy and economically. Fast food is horrible

Some are set up real nice. You'll have to ask the Swift drivers about Swift trucks.

Ok. But do all trucks come with a real basic kitchen?

No, you’ll need an inverter to use appliances. Then ofcourse try not to start a fire cooking. A lot have a fridge in them, not sure about company trucks. A microwave, coffee pot, air dryer, crock pot, toaster oven, anything you want can be added, with a proper sized power inverter. Hooked up to the Trucks batteries, it converts dc to ac power.

Probably, though from what I understand a lot of new Trucks come with them. I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of fleets have them. Seems like a good idea, since if they’re not hooked up properly, they can cause a fire.

Some of the Swift trucks that I see on the road are such beautiful beasts, they look brand new. They probably have them. All I want is an automatic transmission and a basic kitchen and I am good to go :)
