I have been using DDL for quite a few years now but they closed their doors recently but have been able to use the program on my old laptop. Well ####, my laptop took a crap and am now looking for another logbook for my new laptop. Have I the information correct and the keeptrucking logbook only works on Apple products or will I’d work on a PC as well? What other logbook programs are out there, not very many that I can find, that work like DDL did? Don’t want an ELD just a logbook program. Thanks to all.

@Dieselboss Is there any current E-logging stand alone programs that run on windows?

If you don't mind on android, you can use just about any app on an appropriate phone or tablet as an electronic log (which is different than an eld). Just don't get the ELD dongle.
You will need to be able to print logs on demand, but that's the same with ddl too, so nothing new. -
I have keeptrucking on my Android smartphone. It works good, today I am running across Virginia to make a local delivery and I did not turn on the app. When I do turn it back on, on Monday it will ask me if I accept today's driving and I'll reject it and it will be 24 hours of off duty.

Been using KeepTruckin app for a couple years now on my Android phone and a PC at home with absolutely no complaints. As far as I'm concerned it's the easiest ELD to use.
feldsforever Thanks this. -

Are you using it as an ELD or just a logbook?

KeepTruckin works great on Android tablets.
Make sure you have a good charger, because it uses a lot of battery if you keep the screen turned on all the time. I keep the screen off while I'm driving or sleeping, and shut the tablet off when I'm on hometime. -
