    The owner Radovan (ryan) Bosanac doesn’t pay the last week of work, he’ll find a stupid excuse to keep the money from your last week of work, also look the contract you sign about the DOT inspections; he won’t pay you for that, neither for layover. Be careful guys, don’t let him lie you.

    In another thread the OP mention he was talking about Bard Transport Inc. A 3 truck Chicago based company, owned by Radovan Bosanac, that pays 1099. Their website says they pay solos .50-.60 a mile. For the life of me I just can't see any red flags.

    If you can't see any red flags your blind. 1099 is biggest red flag there is. Anyone working under an illegal 1099 is stupid for a list of reasons.
