Exactly!!....got me baffled. Unless I'm getting cheaper knock offs !

 

Um......if it was 60×100.....im thinkin it still wouldn't be big enough fer ya.

 

This is the third drum in 7 months on this axle. One on the left now two on the right.

 

Only thing I can really think of is something in the foundation brakes that's different. Like longer slack adjusters or an s-cam profile that puts more torque to the drums?

Same slacks as on trailer.

 

Seen a trailer once with crooked cam mounts (not parallel with axle on both the X and Y axis) and that caused some goofy #### too.

 

Are they piggyback chambers or service pots only?

Wonder if there's a valve on the air system that's letting the park brakes hammer on hard on that axle when you park, shocking the drum?
