Correct, you purchase it along with the nexiq. But to use Diagnosticlink on your computer you need SSO ID. To get one you need to do what I mentioned in my previous post.

I just went through my emails with dtna and I think you right. To use Diagnosticlink you just pay 500 a year and you good to go. But to have access to service manuals you need a dealer approval.
