BEWARE of DUNCAN and SON LINES

I have now made a refutal with DAC services (10/21/09) to get the incorrect information reported changed to reflect what the Judge ruled. I will post the response in approx. 20-30 days.

 

Actually I downloaded the USIS Consumer Report Dispute Form and completed it along with a complete copy of the Judge's findings directly to their facility in Tulsa, OK. They have 30 days make inquiries about the false info and then to send a response back to me. It cost me the fee for US Postal Delivery Conformation. I should have a response within the next two weeks. I will post what happens?

 

Just an update.....I have not received anything back yet from DAC. I have spoken to an attorney and we are waiting to see if the employer changes the incorrect info reported on DAC or if we have to include that as well in the charges. I still have time within the statutes of limitations.

 

It has been 30 days and I am still waiting for the response on the refutal to DAC. I will give it some more time.
