Having issues with air suspension on 2016 KW T680.
Air suspension is dumping automatically(by itself) from every 3 min. to 30 min. or when ever it feels like it. It's not the leveling valve. Just replaced it. It started doing this about a month or 2 after having the main computer updated. Has anyone else had/have this issue

Yes. It's not related to the computer. Get a spray bottle with some dish was soap and water and start spraying and looking for bubbles. The air leak can be just about anywhere you see an airline. Check the bleed off valves on the air tanks, too.

    alds Thanks this.

It just occurred to me that maybe you should hear the leak, since it is sometimes taking 3 minutes. Air leaks in bags commonly develope on the part of the rubber that can't be seen, along c the piston (bottom portion).

It's not an air leak. If that was the case bags would not air up. Something is signaling the dump solenoid to dump. I can stop and flip the dump switch or turn the truck key off and back on and it airs back up. I've been switching key off&on while going down to road to keep from stopping

    It's a computer issue.
Something changed when they did the upgrade.
You can't work on this new crap without a computer hooked up.
    Sad state of affairs.

You might be right about a dump solenoid. I still have an old ruck with a mechanical dump valve. But air bags can still air up if the leak is small enough. I've had that occur 2 times: once on a trailer suspension bag and once on a cab bag. In both cases The leak was along the portion of the bag tucked underneath by the piston. I suppose they were small enough that more air flowed into the other bags, enough to raise the suspension than leaked out.

I've had several of those bag leaks. This is not one of those. It'll dump just sitting. It's very annoying. I hate electrical or computer issues

You will follow the air line up to a bank of EOA solenoids. I would suggest swapping the solenoids to control another device. If the problem moves with the EOA and your dump is OK, that EOA is bad. If it stays the same its electrically being told to open/ wiring or control issue.

    Electric over air solenoid.

Not 100% on location but they should be below the cab. Mutiple 1/4 " nylon air lines, bank of them.
