Might be a broken liner if it's consuming coolant that fast. I wouldn't keep running it. Any coolant in the oil? What about fuel or oil in the remaining coolant?
-
No coolant in oil that I can see in dip stick. Fuel filter has been getting water in filter light often and I have to drain -
That could be a blown injector cup. That usually pushes fuel into the coolant system as well as coolant into the fuel though. You see any fuel in the coolant recovery tank?

SOUNDS like and LOOKS like my truck did when the EGR cooler blew out...

Easy to find out. Pull the hot pipe off and look for coolant. That wouldn't account for the water in the fuel though.
