Is TMC going Under???

Correct me if im wrong but isnt Western owned by Covaent out of Chattanoga

 

I'm afraid we're going to see several companies shut the doors after the first of the year.

Especially with permit renewals hitting them on small to medium fleets. it may even take out a couple of large fleets. Who knows.

 

Would one of you attorneys please explain, in laymans terms, what the court decided on this case. Thank You...........

 

They have not been decided yet. There are 4 currently in process.

 

Easy, they cut driver compensation and amenities...

 

Nope, its called cash flow. But all that does is buy you a little time.....

 

I'm no attorney, but all of those dates have come and gone, yet there is no new "Petition of the court" so I would think that means these matters have been resolved outside the court?

Alot of the cases are completed ranging from the 90's right up thru 2008 but there are at least 4 that were recently filed from July to September this year which still show they are pending.

 

they still beat the h*** out of swift and werner, but i'll tell you make your decision carefully, things are changing daily, and not by the minute, by the second.
