na......... those dates to comply have all expired, either the assets have been surrended or they have paid the outstanding debts, otherwise you would see a new petition.

just thought i would add what i heard (from a recruiter). i know thats not always the best source of info but they are said to be adding 150 new tucks plus ones due to be replaced this year. overall sounded like an ok company.

I would be very surprised if that was the case. Everybody in the shop at Indy was surprised that all of the trucks with over 450,000 miles that TMC had for sale were being put back on the road for new recruits and the newer ones out there with around 200,000 to 300,000 were being called in and put up for sale.

A recruiter WILL tell you anything to get you in the door doesnt matter if they are closing the doors the next day they want all the revenue they can get before they close up shop ....Just for the record you CANT believe a recruiter all the time....

u cant ever believe a recruiter, esp a tmc recruiter. all recruiters are liars, the more they suck in the more they make.

LOL.. i am learning that fast.. just talked to recruiter Friday and asked point blank about the stability of the company.. he said the rumor mill has been flying for years and they are still here and that his guess is as good as mine.. :biggrin_25511:

The dates listed are the file date, create date and date of last update. One case has been continued, one has been appeared and answered to, one just shows to have been served and then there's the one that has already been copied and pasted here.

Who knows how these will play out in court. We looked at it as another reason to go ahead and make a separation. TMC is already hurting financially, then add these suits on top of that, not to mention the winter season coming. I don't see how they can come out of all of this whole. Somethings gonna have to give besides what's already been given.

I'm looking at the original docs on the website, and they give very clear dates of resolution.......all past by a month or so. You must have access to somthing else I'm not seeing.
