Oh and back pay?? Guess you can call the lawyer or the labor board i guess youd have to call the iowa labor board. I assume that florrilli is iowa if i make no mistake

 

I would like to comment on a few things. There starting pay is .34 a mile and I drive a nice truck for them and always get things fixed. My check is never blocked on fridays if I am not under load. I have been at home for over a week and I got paid. The reason I am at home that long is for my new baby aubrey. They relayed my load and let me deadhead 300 miles home. They do not push or let me run illegal. If I am out of hours they relay load as long as you communicate. Do not wait until you are out of hours then tell them. Proper pre planning is a must here. They will tell you about safestat score if you ask. You can pull it up yourself and will see it is from driver violations not company or equipment violations. As for running back roads the only back roads we take are us30 and us41 to avoid oh,il,in tolls no to bypass scales. They cost too much and it eats into profit. If you ask and tell them why you need to go another way most of the time they will reroute you that way. Sometimes routing is from fuel stops too. I am sorry it did not work out for your husband at florilli but i like it here and would recommend them

Florilli The same COmpany THAT SOLD the #1 Drivers TRUCK FROM UNDER HIM IN COLORADO. The Same Company that lets see here I personally caught the Owner banging the Payroll girl in the 90's. The Same company that the VP of the only reason why HE STILL HAS HIS JOB IS HIS WIFE. Trust me I drove for that #### HOLE company in the 90's and how they are still in Busniess is the same way they survived then called forced to run ILLEGAL and SCREW THE DRIVERS.

They tried to screw my DAC so bad becasue I refused to run a load ILLEGAL from Newberry SC to Davenport that was overgross and then no chance on hours. Yet they said either do it over the Sat system or I would be Blackballed. Luckily their Reputation was advance of them and I was able to get a good job. In fact my last HR manager was Laughing his ##### off in Mr Jones Face one year after I was hired by my last company.

 

If I'm not mistaken Ironeagle, there are new owners. Don't dog a company today that screwed you back in the 90's. f anybody is screwin anybody, that's their business!! Nope same people just changed the name. Maury and his KIN are the only owners they bought out the Daufeldts a few years ago. How would I know this I have a contact in there that likes me. I refuse to name it for one reason privicy of the source but Maury is still in charge just his Daughter and Wife are now calling the shots more and more.

 

Just curious whats to stop companies making phoney DAC reports aren't they liable for any false reports sounds like a real joke to me
