Honestly, if your posts are real, you need more training. Whoever gave you your license and cut you loose solo should have their license pulled as well.

 

A lot of less experienced drivers would have pulled over at the slightest sign of catastrophic mechanical failure.

 

What else has happened to you?

 

I didn't know till recently that some cdl have automatic only as an endorsement.This is foreign to me.

You noticed it working hard and lots of smoke, and didn't stop to see what the hell was going on? Then you essentially slam shifted it off the road? I better shut up.

 

If my memory serves, so are Air Brakes and intrastate only.
