It's been a while since I've worked OTR. But as a company driver, you don't have the option to travel to "a location with snow and ice removal equipment or technology". With satellite tracking and bean counters watching out-of-route miles like a hawk...

You'd have to have the snow removal equipment in the Turnpike service areas, or drivers won't be allowed to go to the snow removal equipment, even if Jersey mandates that they should.

Oh, and just how long are we supposed to wait in line to have snow removed at every snow storm? Considering the roof will likely clear itself in a few miles of driving, does Jersey REALLY expect drivers to wait in line for hours at a snow removal facility? Please...

Who determines "all reasonable effort"? I am sure it doesn't include endangering your health or safety climbing up on a trailer. I see this law as a "feel good" UNENFORCEABLE law that was designed to make some rich #### feel good because someone blew snow onto his car one winter.
