I got an email from FMCSA last night, about a week after I figured it out on my own. Keep in mind I started trying to figure it out at least a month ago but got the error messages (page down/try again later/spinning wheel) so I didn't think it was just me.
Anyway, they closed out my portal access and told me to start over, so now I guess I get to do it all again.Opendeckin Thanks this. -
It took me 1 1/2 months to get it done last year. It took a while to get two accounts set up. To have the driver verified took forever! Then the website was constantly crashing.
This year, I only had to pull a limited query not requiring a driver to give permission online to conduct a full query. It still took a while, but it did work for me after working on it for about two hours or so. For one doing it the first time will take a while.86scotty Thanks this. -
I just went in and did a full query on myself this morning after it told me I had no queries. After I paid my $1.25 again and did a second one, choosing FULL this time, then it showed me that both were in there, so a waste of time and money......or not? I don't know.
I do know that I have 3 different emails and user ID/passwords to get in to FMCSA portal now and only one will show the admin role to link and do queries but whatever. Typical guvment website. I'm calling it done. I have so much of a paper trail on this now it's obvious I've tried to appease the powers that be.Beaver9 Thanks this.
