Just wanted to post about this company to any drivers who are with starter companies like Werner, Swift, Schneider, etc.
Also for experienced drivers who need a job.
It's a smaller company with about 260 trucks and about 160 of those pulling van and the rest pulling hopper bottoms. The main freight for vans is agricultural chemicals etc. mostly non haz-mat which I like because you get loaded and unloaded fast. They also have other freight.
They require 2 yrs experience but will take 1 year if you've been with the same company and have a clean record. My recruiter was Michaela and she was great
so I will refer you to her for questions.

Basically the pay is good, the equipment is good. The maintenence is outstanding. And they get you home on time. The people there are great. I don't know how they did it but they have found great people to work there.
Regarding the maintenance they let you do your PM's on the road so the shop is not backed up with oil changes. The shop mechanics are excellent and get you in and out fast.

No Indiana toll road- they will route you through Ft. Wayne on US 30.
Home time varies depending on where you live. I am out 3 weeks and home 4-5 days. Midwest drivers are home every other weekend for 2 full days. Go home on Friday come back out on Monday. Hire in all 48 states I believe.

    Terminal is in Omaha.
Drop yards in Mechanicsburg PA and Altoona IA. They do a lot of Iowa. They run in the northeast but that doesn't bother me. I don't mind the northeast.

    Orientation is 3 days.
If you quit within 3 months you pay back hotel and rental car cost

One thing they did that I thought was nice was they paid me a $75 Christmas bonus. I've never had a trucking company give me a Christmas Bonus. It was a little thing but it meant a lot to me.

Do they have any teams or i should ask the ability to give a team decent miles? Are drivers required to be able to run Canada? Do they require ya to have a hazmat endorsement? I figure those are pretty basic questions an hope ya can answer them.

I'm not sure about teams. I haven't seen any.
No requirement to run Canada. I asked about this when I started because my passport is about to expire. They said not to renew it.
I don't believe Hazmat is required. It probably would open you up to more available loads and they will pay for it. Tanker endorsement will definitely help to get better loads.

Just wanted to mention they let us wash the truck and trailer twice a month. They have an account at Blue Beacon.
I am former military so I like to have clean equipment.

That's a nice thing. Some companies won't pay for truck washes. I like a clean truck an everything polished an detailed. So i pay for our truck washes an do my own polishing.

    pagan22 Thanks this.
