Yes it does. And I actually got an 800w cobra and screwed the cig adapter to it instead. They both have threaded studs on them for the wiring. That's been working fine other than running my batteries flat if I'm not careful.
What type of inverter do you use

I have used the cobra 2500 watt and it ran the tv, computer , microwave and sat.box all at same time just remember to start the truck(every 15 min or so ) or leave it running or you will have dead batteries

You can only draw 180 amps from a standard lighter type plug
which is not enough power to run many 400watt inverters properly.
Anything over 400 thats "plugged in" is useless and generally fails pretty quickly.
As for the Cobra's . . . . glad ya'll like them.
They are the "dirtest" inverters on the market and cause "white noise" in everything while they are running.
Im told "legally" they shouldnt even be on the US market ?
True or False I couldnt agree more.
As with "everything" if you buy it at a TRUCKSTOP its " J U N K "!
No,not pretty good .......... "J U N K"!

I think PILOT has the cobra 800W on sale for $39. That's what I have. I have to connect it to the batter to use it (looks like small jumper cables)... I was thinking about one of the mounting kits to permanently mount it in the cab??

I use a Cobra CPI 450 for the laptop, phone charger, and HP printer/scanner. Can have them all plugged in at the same time. It has 2 110 volt plugs, I use the supplied 12volt cig lighter plug, and have the inverter secured to the floor by the shifter. The only mod that I did was to put better ring terminals on the leads, soldered on with insulating tubing on the input lead. Have had this inverter for over a year now, still operates great!
