# tlt10sleyid I understand correctly that even after 9 months that the money still was no good? And was this 9 months including training or 9 months after training? I keep hearing the money is quite terrible, but the road is calling me, and I'm willing to suck it up for about a year before I try to leave Swift. Do you have a family, and that's what made it worse?

 

Very interesting information since I am talking to a recruiter from Swift now. I am getting my CDL permit this week and doing the online work. I am looking forward to the training and the work.

 

I had the greatest trainer when I started with Swift. If his name is Terry and he is a O/O you are in luck.. He was the greatest.
