    VERY sure that MO does NOT.
    I guess only vehicles "registered or principally garaged" in NJ are required that marking. (according to NJ regulations and the link provided by 062.
    Thank you. I have seen that marking for years and and being in the midwest have never found anywhere that requires it.
    That regulation must be a dinosaur, going back decades to the old PUC days.
