Dont Blame you one bit a lot of folks have the same feelings right now...

 

About 15 years ago I got a call from a really good friend of mine and she tore me a new one for having missed an event that was important to her. Told her I had no idea it had been scheduled, her reply was "I posted it on Facebook!"

That was all it took, when I got home that night first thing I did was delete that account and never went back. If you can't pick up a phone, it must not be that ####ing important. #### people post 286 things a day and I'm suppose to catch every one of them? I think not, I have a life outside the computer.

Never had twitter or any of that other social media stuff. Do have an Amazon account for Prime video.

 

I say have at it. I never had any of those accounts so nothing to miss for me. Never had any intrest in posting my life on facebook or any of the social media sites. Nothing against them, to each their own, but just not my thing. As for the rock heads parking where they feel like, glad they got ran off. It never ceases to amaze me how many drivers in general can't seem to read, or I think it's more like they don't care.

 

I never had any social media. I dropped Amazon and trying to wean myself off of YouTube. That one will be tough. Will be getting rid of this iPhone once I figure something out. F Google too.

 

I’m half tempted to go back to a flip phone. Only problem is I use smartphone for scanning BOL’s and to pass time in the dock.

I still have a rotary phone on my kitchen wall from the previous owner. Told the GF I’m going to hook it back up. But no answering machine. If we aren’t home we don’t talk. Kinda miss those days.

 

It gets easier. Lol
