From my experience which I dont know everything either.
Pretrip/post trip 30 minutes
Road conditions 30 minutes
Break. 30 minutes
Fuel. 30 minutes
Add the 2 hours to your trip plan. Figure your miles of distance from the Pick Up to your consigner. You have to get your start time. With the 2 hours added time + miles of distance to consigner. Start from the consigner time of delivery and figure your time backwards to get your start time. Once you got your start time figured plan your route forward. Set a good 30 minute break at a truck stop or rest area along your route. Plan a good stop at a truck stop for your 10 hour break. Your speed most companies plan at 50 mph. You might have to increase your speed to meet your delivery times before and after mountain routes. I hope this helps.
