Except most brokers WILL work with a new authority. I've kept a list of brokers I can't work with over the last four months, and it's got four names on it. And if you're a carrier, why would you need multiple MC's? Given the context of your post, there's only one reason I can think of why you'd need multiple.... Fallback options.
