I have been working on a 2012 Freightliner se#FL1187 with a ISB Epa10 2250 ser#73409156. Every couple of weeks comes back in with engine light on and codes 2777 and 3753. That the truck will not regen because regen is inhibited due to inhibited switch condition exists. I check in the engine parameters and the switch is disabled . Run a regen aftertreatment analyzer test and it passes and runs great for a couple of weeks returns with high soot levels because it will not regen normally . I can not find anything wrong . I am assuming this inhibit switch is part of either Freightliner or Cummins ECM's programming . Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated .

"inhibited switch condition exists" means that something i.e. clutch pedal depressed, park brake not set, brake pedal depressed etc. not allowing regen to begin/complete when requested. Has nothing to do with regen switch on dashboard.

It's a automatic the condition is persistent . I guess that's what I'm asking I have checked eveything I know of. Could it be something on the Freightliner side that I have little computer access to.?

That eliminates clutch pedal engaged. You could use Insite or JPro to check other inputs functionality.

I have everything looks good. That is why I'm reaching out here hopefully some one as the knowledge . I understand the passive regen is being inhibited by something. Cummins indicates a inhibitor switch within the aftettreatment system . I know it is not actually a switch But is it a programming thing ?

I should have asked, but found out in Quickserve that you have an M2 chassis. You are going to have to check BHM (bulkhead module) for proper output of inhibit switch signal. You would need DDDL 7.06 or newer (8.13 is newest version) or an old working version of ServiceLink on your laptop.
