    My partner and I are seeking to purchase our first trailer for dry van. Seeking advice on the dos and do nots when buying a trailer. All we know is that we want 53/162/102, swing doors.

    Id try and buy something 2019 or newer or 2016 or newer at the oldest.

    Wabash with skirts. Skylights are nice. Smooth plate walls with e track. Psi system for the tires in case you get a bolt or a nail in one. Sureloc handles if it’s a wabash, tire carrier, paperwork holder, swivel glad hands. Air slide tandem. Metal roof. Air ride.

    Things like that.

    I just sold two 2019’s and they moved extremely quickly. Within 2 days. So it’ll be tough finding the right deal in this market.
