2013 Cascadia throwing temperature codes for inlet, outlet and intermediate. SPN3242 FMI 20, SPN3246 FMI 20 and SPN3250 FMI 4. Having the whole box essentially overheated seems to be a plug somewhere. Filters were recently cleaned about 5 months ago. Doc issues?

out of those 3 codes: 3250 FMI 4 is the only one you need to fix. Fix that one and the other 2 will go away. Thanks DJ
Steps:
Diesel Oxidation Catalyst Outlet Temperature Circuit Failed Low
1.
Turn the ignition OFF (key OFF, engine OFF).
2.
Disconnect the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) outlet temperature sensor harness connector.
3.
Inspect the sensor harness for bent, spread, or corroded pins.
3.a
If the pins are bent, spread, or corroded, repair as necessary.
3.b
If connector shows no signs of damage, go to step 4.
4.
Disconnect the Aftertreatment Control Module (ACM) 120-pin connector.
5.
Measure the resistance between pin 2 on the harness side of the DOC outlet temperature sensor connector and ground.
5.a
If the resistance is less than 1K ohms, repair the wire between pin 2 of the DOC outlet temperature sensor connector and pin 27 of the ACM 120-pin connector.
5.b
If the resistance is greater than 1K ohms, replace the DOC outlet temperature sensor.jsnell Thanks this. -

Put red silicone on the places where wires are coming out from temp sensors. Also get aluminum foil that has adhesive on it and cover connectors on sensor box (epa10) . When water shortens two wires of temp sensor we see high temp codes...
