usually for me, a heating pad for several minutes, more than once per day, eventually quells the pains and things get better.
you driving a truck, obviously cannot use an ordinary heating pad. if you have a microwave, you might be able to heat dry towel, and apply that to the pained area.
regular rubs with any sort of cream, like Aspercreme (sp?), Zostrich(sp?), might be of help, STAY AWAY for that CBC oil, or what ever that crap is.. some say it gets into your blood stream, and makes you pop a positive at a random, i dunno, how true that is, but i am sure 5,000 guys here will give you 47,000 opinions in a few minutes.Swift007 and firemedic2816 Thank this. -
If that’s the amount of pain you are in, you should not be driving.
You need to find a specialist for neck problems, this may not be neurological, and a neuro specialist will tell you what it is but also setup a plan for you.
I also don’t buy the crap about age and the report, I’ve gone through a lot of back and neck pain plus surgeries since my accident (knocked off the bed of a trailer). My last issue was muscular, I went through six months of weekly therapy to get the muscles working right and I had similar pain.Swift007 Thanks this. -
You are asking all of the same questions as a previous poster that was given the boot. Are you sure you are not "hopefuleyes"?
