98 379 , no bright lights! Changed the entire turn signal and dimmer switch to a brand new unit. Checked all the circuit breakers and fuses. Dash light shows it’s changed to bright but the head light stay on dim. Any help is much appreciated.

Does a '98 still use relays to switch between high and low?

    My '89 does

Have you confirmed 12v and ground at the plug?
I’d back probe the ground at the plug with a jumper for giggles.
If you don’t have 12v switch relays, then if nothing start chasing wires.
