Caution in bad weather

That looked like too much snow to be trying to drive on. They didn't plow a thing on that highway. They should have closed it down if they weren't going to pretreat and plow. That first truck probably spun out

 

I think the first truck (Peterbilt) ran into the back of something.

 

That looks like a lot of paper work.

What’s all that red stuff on tge ground. My first thought is blood but looks like way too much.
