they're only required to be carried west of denver on i70... u will be ok if u stay east of denver... but never a bad idea to have them in that part of the country.

Honestly I didn’t have any East of Denver on i-70 and when that little storm hit I was like “####kkk” lmao picked up in Colorado Springs after dropping off on the outskirts of Denver and got the hell out of there

 

Yeah i would never run west of i35 without atleast a couple chains , never know in the mountains... could be raining or sunny all day until u get to a mountain pass and its snowmageddon... but could probably get away with a quick in and out , in eastern colorado

 

Talking to the wife.....her brother is a real pc of work. Cant keep a job for long periods. Always finds an excuse to quit. His wife has a high paying job so she pretty much supports the family. Wife asked if I could help out ? Asked how ? Lend some $$$$. I said with absolute certain. NO ! He needs to suck it up and quit being an arse. ......guess who will be the SOB now ? .....im use to it.
